"From planning consent to 87% reserved in nine months."
Meadowfield had planning for a 248-plot scheme on the edge of a market town with three competing developers already on site. Their previous brand was inherited from the parent group and didn't speak to the buyer demographic, young professional families priced out of York.
We rebuilt the brand from positioning down: a confident regional identity rooted in landscape and craft, paired with a launch microsite engineered for reservations. A 12-week PR programme tied launch milestones to community investment stories, neutralising opposition and building waiting-list demand before show homes opened.
Reservations opened to a list of 1,400 registered buyers. 87% of plots were reserved within nine months, the fastest sell-through the parent group has recorded. The brand has since been adopted across two further schemes.
